This historic area is known for its European charm and Spanish colonial architecture. It’s not just some big resort on the side of the beach, it is an experience crafted by history. You will notice slight nods to history fashioned all throughout this gorgeous villa.

At TZort, it’s important to us that every family member or friend can relax in comfort. Therefore, we offer two options for optimal comfort. You will find the luxuries of home in the well-appointed 1- and 2-bedroom villas. These beds are dressed in clean and comfortable sheets with top-of-the-line bedding and pillows. This allows you to get a good night’s sleep every day you choose to stay with us.  

These rooms are held to a high standard and are frequently checked to make sure they meet that expectation. The bathrooms and rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. This experience is made possible by the wonderful staff of Grand Villas at World Golf Village. They are passionate about making your stay as comfortable as possible. They are available whenever and wherever you may need them. When we say no issue of it being too big or too small, we mean it.   

These villas offer a blender, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and ice maker to allow your imagination to run free in the kitchen. We understand how expensive traveling can be. This is why we offer options like a full kitchen to allow you to save some money. This option allows you to provide a nice, home-cooked meal for your entire family. We know you will be pulled to the beach, but the resort offers so many amazing amenities that you will have to check out. For water options, there is an outdoor pool and hot tub. A Golfers Paradise

As you read the name you probably guessed it. Grand Villas at World Golf Village is a mecca for golfers. But golf isn’t the only thing here that will excite your senses. You will spend your days splashing in the blue Atlantic and indulging in the aroma of the quaint cafes. The bar and restaurants will invite you in and treat you like one of their own.  

When you do decide to allow your golf fantasies to run wild, take advantage of the two championship 18-hole courses designed by legendary golf pros Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Don’t forget to pack all the clubs you need because this is a golfing experience you will never forget.

DAY 1: EXPLORE THE CITY 

14.9 MILES VIA I-95 S AND FL-16 E 

The best way to try and get to know the city is by boat. Since this city is so heavily surrounded and influenced by its close proximity to the water, it is best seen from the seat on a boat. St. Augustine Municipal Marina offers boat ride tours that give you a scenic feel of the city.  

Since the 1900s, people have been experiencing these tours and have gotten a unique view of the city. If you can only imagine the number of people that have sat in the seats before you. Think about the feelings they have felt while in your same exact seat. These cruises happen over the course of 75 minutes and are narrated by the captain. The staff is highly knowledgeable about the city and can answer any questions you may have.  

These scenic cruises are really an experience you just have to see for yourself.  

0.2 MILE VIA AVENIDA MENENDEZ AND CHARLOTTE ST 

Since June 1987, Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grill has had its humble beginnings. It is inspired by the authentic flavors of New Orleans. It’s like being in two places at once! Experiencing the beauty of St. Augustine but indulging in the authenticity of New Orleans cuisine.  

The flavors on the menu are bold but inviting at the same time. This menu features quality food with locally sourced ingredients. They have the best of Cajun, Creole, and Southern cuisine. Their seafood is cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of seasoning. Any classic southern meal that you have thought about, you can find on this menu.  

DAY 2: A ZOO OF ADVENTURE  

16.5 MILES VIA I-95 S AND FL-16 E 

A story with more than 100 years in the making. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park has been open since 1893. It first started out as a small exhibition of Florida reptiles and has since grown into a famous Florida attraction.  

It now functions as a modern zoo serving the public for all things alligators and animals. This is the only place in the world where you can see every living species of crocodilian. You can see birds, reptiles…even fossils! There are shows put on every day to give you some background on the animals that are right in front of you. The staff is active and passionate about answering all of your burning reptile questions.  

What sets this place apart from a normal alligator farm is that it offers Crocodile Crossing. This is a fun and exciting activity where you zip line through the zoo. You will get to fly through the treetops while testing your wit on the aerial obstacles. This activity happens across seven acres on two challenging acres. Right under your toes will live alligators and crocodiles walking around to say hi. It’s like a real-life Jungle Book.

1.9 MILES VIA A1A SCENIC AND HISTORICAL COASTAL BYWAY 

Even the south dabbles in the cuisines of other areas. The Conch House Restaurant specializes in Caribbean-style cooking and offers fresh ingredients. The executive chef utilizes his experience to deliver an authentic meal that will have your desire more with every bite.  

They offer all three meals and each menu gets better than the last. Their menus feature fresh seafood, steaks, chicken entrees, and a plethora of crispy salads. Enhance your meal with one of their cocktails and end it off with a sweet dessert.  

DAY 3: BELIEVE IT…OR NOT 

14.3 MILES VIA I-95 S AND FL-16 E 

You have probably heard about Ripleys Believe It or Not. You may have even been to one of the other museums in another state. But I promise, this is Ripley’s experience you won’t want to miss out on because this one is haunted.  

The Ripley’s Haunted Castle Tour is the only tour to take you inside the most haunted site on the Southeastern Seaboard. The spookiness and eeriness of this place are simply unmatched. It is the scene of unsolved murders and right when you step in you will feel like you have been taken to an alternate universe. This universe is laced with mystery and action as it pulls you deeper into its haunted atmosphere.  

You will go on an 80-minute investigation with Team R.I.P. During your time with the team, you will be allowed to enter the home of 18 different entities after hours. The lights will be turned down and you will have to really use your senses to find your way around this place. Don’t worry, for younger kids, this place is more so a mysterious experience than it is scary. Come and join in on the adventure that is and will always be Ripleys Believe it or Not.  

0.9 MILES VIA CORDOVA ST 

The Floridian Restaurant is the peak of Southern grub. Their impeccable service and tasty flavors in every dish they bring to the table. Their fresh ingredients, adventurous menu, and great atmosphere have set them apart from other restaurants in the area.  

You may have tried some Southern favorites, but these are turned up a notch. The favorites of the menu like the Dixie Burger, Cornbread Panzanella, Fried Green tomatoes, and the Not Your Mamas Meatloaf Sandwich. Whether you pick one of these or anything else on the menu, you will be glad you’re dining in the south.  

DAY 4: LIGHT UP YOUR TRIP

You may have found yourself gazing at the lighthouse while on a walk on the beach. You may think, who’s in there? Who is controlling that light? Does it ever stop? The St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum offer answers to all of these questions and more.  

You will climb 219 steps to the top for a breathtaking view of both the city and the beaches in front of you. These steps may seem like a difficult feat but the view you will experience is nothing short of amazing. You will also discover the shipwreck of a 1782 British shipwreck. Shipwrecks have always earned a spot in history books but how much time have you been able to spend genuinely looking at one?  

Visitors can also experience the spookiness of the city while encountering ghosts on the Dark of the Moon tour. This tour is the only St. Augustine ghost tour to get you inside the lighthouse. Once it’s over, you can bring home souvenirs from the gift shop but other than that this experience is free.  

1.2 MILES VIA A1A SCENIC 

Vacation is all about indulging in the finer things in life. Llama restaurant is one of those things. They offer traditional cooking with a modern twist. With Peruvian flavors incorporated into every single dish, you will be enticed by the excitement that your taste buds will experience.
