Are my reservations guaranteed?
We know that you and your family are counting on your reservation, and we pledge never to allow our resort owners to show availability unless they are ready to welcome you with open arms!
What makes TZORT different from other travel sites?
No other company offers full-service VIP resort access. We only offer the top branded resorts in the country to ensure you never choose to sleep in a boring old hotel again. Resort style is the only way to travel!
How do I book multiple rooms for a large group (more than 5 rooms)?
Email support@Tzort.com with your party details and one of our Travel Ambassadors will contact you in 24 hours or less.
How do I know I am confirmed for my reservation?
Within 5 days of your date of check-in (unless it’s a last-minute reservation), you will receive an email with your reservation check-in details.
Is early check-in available?
Check-in times are as noted on the reservation details. You may show up early and request an early check-in. However, we have NO WAY of knowing if an early check-in is possible, as rooms are cleaned and prepared for your arrival by a third party.
Why doesn’t the resort have my name on the reservation in their system when I called the front desk?
The resort database can take days or weeks to update. Your check-in details will be emailed to you in PDF format. At least 24 hours before checking in, be sure to view the name on the reservation details. That person will need a Picture ID and valid credit card for security deposit to check in.
Where do I go to check in?
You can use the address that’s listed for the resort on our site and on your reservation PDF details. Just head to the front desk, and a smiling staff member will be there to help you get your resort lifestyle started.
How late are they open until?
You can check in to your room at any time. Most of the resorts have a 24-hour front desk and security personnel.
However, there are a few exceptions to the rule, so check the description portion of the rental listing, which would specifically notate late check-in details. If you do not see late check-in details, then check-in can be completed at any time. 24-hour service!
How do I submit a request for a specific room view or type?
All rooms are assigned upon arrival. You can make a specific request by calling the front desk phone number, but that request is NOT guaranteed. Your reservation detail confirmation email or text message will have a link to the phone number at the resort’s front desk.
How do I change the name on the reservation?
We will add your name to the reservation once we receive that information from you. For certain resorts, there is a $99.00 name change fee that we are not able to waive as the property management company. We will reach out to you requesting the check-in details. If the resort does not charge a name change fee, then neither do we!
Be sure of the name that you request to have added to the reservation details!
Can I book an extra day or two in addition to my existing reservation?
If the unit is available, just click the chat button at the top of this page and one of our Travel Ambassadors will do their best to accommodate your request.
What number do I call if I would like to speak with someone about an unusual challenge I am having?
Email support@tzort.com and tell us why you would like to speak with our Travel Ambassadors, and we will make it happen for you. We offer the lowest-cost access to resorts because we keep our own costs low. Help us help you by chatting with your support team first.
Are linens provided?
Yes, linens, spare blankets, and pillows are included. These are full-service resorts, so just press zero on the in-suite phone!
What supplies do the kitchens have?
Most of our listings state that there is a full kitchen. Our full kitchens have all the essential kitchen supplies needed to cook full meals, blend your favorite drinks, flip your omelets, and grill your steaks! If you don’t see something, just call the front desk and ask!
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation policies are listed on our site and clearly displayed several times at the checkout window. We do not have the ability to alter our clients’ cancellation policies.
